These Terms of Service represent a binding agreement between you andtitle , the operator of the Site. Account Terms 
You must be eighteen years or older to use this Service. 
You have to provide your legal full name, a valid e-mail, and any other info requested in order to complete the join-up process. 
Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as you'd like. 
You are accountable for keeping up the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failing to go along with this security duty. 
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account ( even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account ). 
If you're employing a free account you are not allowed to block ads. 
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. 
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unapproved purpose. You mustn't, in the employment of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction ( including although not restricted to copyright laws ). 
Payment and Repayments 
A valid Visa card or bank account is necessary for paying memberships, workshops, seminars, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
No refunds will be given for workshops, conventions, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed ahead and remain in position for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase . Monthly memberships are billed ahead on a monthly basis and will instantly renew every month, unless ended as agreed by "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There'll be no kickbacks or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months new with an open account. In order to treat everybody equally, no exceptions will be made. 
If you buy a workshop, convention, or event but decide not to participate, you may request either : i ) to rearrange to another event of equal or lesser value or ii ) to substitute someone in your place, provided you do so within seven days prior to the event. 
You are wholly accountable for notifying the Company if you cannot attend a workshop, seminar, or event. 
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or obligations imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be answerable for payment of all such taxes, levies, or commitments, excluding only United States ( Fed or state ) taxes. 
Unless otherwise specifically said all prices shown are in US dollars ( Bucks ). 
Membership Cancellation and Termination 
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your membership. An e-mail or telephone request to cancel your membership is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any time by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the world navigation bar at the very top of the screen. The Account screen provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link. 
All your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. 
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your present paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
